It is not a commercial walk-in gym.

The space is designed for anyone who wants to train with structure.

Open practice sessions are included for members.
Wednesday: 7:00 – 8:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 – 8:30 PM (optional)

Junior (18 & below): $10
