The Dojo is an authorised personnel only zone inside Musclefactory — focused on armwrestling and functional strength. Whether you're new or experienced, this is where technique, power, and tribe come together.

Tuesday–Saturday: 10AM–6PM (4 blocks/day) Sunday (Members only): 10AM–2PM (2 Tribe-Only blocks)

Each session = 2 hours

Max 4 people per block to ensure quality, safety, and focused training.

A 5th spot may be opened occasionally for Tribe Elite members or guest coaches.

🥋 Dojo Pass (BND 5 / session)

• What it is: A self-training access.

• How it works: Pay per use, 2-hour slot.

• Who it’s for: People who want to come on their own time to train, test lifts, or practice without group sparring.

• Example: Like going to the gym for a workout.

🤝 Member Sparring (BND 10 / month)

• What it is: A weekly community sparring session.

• How it works: Pay once per month → join every week (10 AM – 6 PM).

• Who it’s for: Pullers who want to improve in real matches, gain experience, and earn ranking points.

• Example: Like joining a club training day with teammates.
