Building Studio Part 1

Finally made the leap.
For the longest time, it was just Muscle Factory. Somewhere along the way, I added “Tribe” to it, not just as a name, but as an idea. I wanted to build a small group where people feel a sense of belonging, not just customers coming in and out, but people I could journey with. There was a season where I was actually living that out. I was running the supplement store while training a small group at the same time, and it felt right.
Then COVID came, and I pulled back. I shifted my focus fully to supplements, and while it helped me stay afloat, pay the bills, and support my family, something was missing. Over time, I realized that simply selling supplements wasn’t where I fully belonged. It worked, but it felt incomplete. The “tribe” part slowly faded.
After a lot of thinking and prayer, I decided to step forward again. Not because it’s the safest decision, because honestly, it’s not. Economically, it’s a tough time, and personally, I’m at a stage where I want to slow down and spend more time with my family. There was real tension in that. But at the same time, there was also a quiet excitement. I know that if I build this properly, it won’t just be another space. It can become something meaningful, something alive again.
So I locked in a unit for my own office and studio.
This space will be shared with a small, intentional group of members. It will be capped, not to limit growth, but to protect the culture and the experience.
Currently, there are several ways to access the gym:
Subscribe to a monthly membership for 24/7 access to the gym and studio.
Join our foundational group classes, currently limited to arm wrestling.
Subscribe to a personal training program, subject to time and availability.
More details in the link below.
I don’t have everything figured out yet, but I know this step matters.
More to come.
