The tournament served as an acid test for all the respective athletes, which comprised almost an entirely new face of young upcoming pullers. As a result, each will have to decide on their weight classes and assess their weakness ahead of more challenging tournaments in the future.

When quizzed on their future targets, Wadi Hamizan sets his sights on pulling in tournaments outside Brunei. He also stressed the importance of prioritizing hand control, which includes getting into an advantageous setup to gain an edge over the opponent.

Meanwhile, Qushairee, a relative newcomer, showed everyone his potential, cruising into a 1st place finish in his category. " I want to acknowledge the sport, appreciate its value, and grow the sports within the sultanate." He stressed that age is not a barrier " I am 31 years old, but it is never too late to start if you have the will and courage to pursue what you like!"
